Administrator

Maggie Olson, LNHA

Maggie has been an Administrator for Alden since December 2006. She has worked in long-term care for 11 years in the areas of Social Services and Activities. Maggie worked as an Assistant Administrator for two years before becoming a licensed nursing home administrator in 2005. She has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Mary’s University in Minnesota and a master’s degree in Social Work from Governors State University in University Park, Illinois.

Assistant Administrator

Chris Beckford

Chris Beckford joined Alden Estates of Naperville as Director of Patient Relations in March 2008 and was promoted to Assistant Administrator five months later. Chris has over 20 years of experience in customer service, IT and sales and marketing for several large corporations. She has an associate’s degree in Business from Triton College in River Grove, Illinois.

Admission Director

Carolyn Tait

Carolyn Tait joined Alden Estates of Naperville as Admission Director in October 2008. In her position, Carolyn communicates with prospective and current patients, residents and their families, as well as physicians and hospital personnel to ensure a smooth transition to the rehabilitation center – from home or the hospital setting. Carolyn has over 18 years of experience in long-term care, including dementia care, activities and admissions. She is a certified Activity Director and has a certification in Dementia Programming from Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago.
